How do I make a booking?

All bookings are to be made through instagram and Facebook. Find us by searching "Sharpe Faces" or via email sharpefaces@hotmail.com

Is my deposit refundable?

Unfortunately all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Can I bring my friends and family to my appointment?

We work from a small studio space so we ask that you please don't bring guests as we wouldn't want to turn them away.

What happens if I am running late to my appointment?

We ask if you could please let us know if you are going to be late. If you are more then 10 minutes late, unfortunately we will be unable to go ahead with your appointment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you cancel your appointment less then 48hours before your appointment time then you will be asked to pay the remaining balance.

When does my bridal balance have to be paid?

You can pay your balance at your trial, but no later then one month before your wedding date.

​

Can we add wedding guests on to my Bridal Party wedding morning?

If we have the capacity and artists available, of course we would love to get them ready, although as much notice as possible is preferable.

Do you offer gift vouchers? 

Yes, you can come and pick up a gift voucher for any amount or we can email over a e-voucher.
